What do I get for referring my office?
Thank you for sharing Meebz with your office! You'll get $30 Meebz credit if you successfully refer your office and they make a purchase in June 2025. Please include your email in the office order notes or send us an email info@meebz.co.nz with your details to claim the credit.
How do I get the free coffee this month?
Order for the first time this month (June 2025) and receive additional free coffee or coffee vouchers. Let us know with your order which you prefer.

Coffee vouchers are redeemable at our Milford store, ideal for offices based in Auckland.
What does "Order on Account" mean?
This allows your business to receive coffee with invoice billing – no credit cards required. It’s ideal for companies who want simplified, post-payment ordering.
Can I just order as and when I need?
Absolutely. While our subscriptions are handy and also flexible (edit/pause/change anytime), you're welcome to order coffee as needed – simply use the discount codes as above.
Is the automated subscription flexible?
Yes. You can pause, skip, cancel, or change your subscription any time. We know offices aren’t always predictable.
Can I change my coffee each month?
Totally. Mix it up and try different blends. If you're on an automated subscription, just log into your account and update your preferences before your next shipment. If you're manually ordering – select whichever coffee you'd like for that order and use the same code.
Can I get espresso grind or filter coffee?
Absolutely – we can grind the coffee for espresso machines or filter brewing. You can also make up your office coffee volume with a mix of beans and grind.
Is there a minimum order volume?
To enjoy our special office discounts, you'll need to order a minimum of 3kg per order (this can be made up of different coffee types/blends).
Do you offer coffee machines for offices?
While we don't offer office coffee machines, we will be able to direct you to partners who can assist.
