How long will my coffee take to arrive?
All orders placed before 9:00am on working days (Mon - Fri excluding public holidays) we endeavour to dispatch that day. The courier will then deliver your parcel the next working day. Orders placed after 9:00am are dispatched if we have enough stock that same day.
How do I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number when your order has been shipped. Once this e-mail has been received your order should arrive the next working day.
I should have my order by now but it hasn't arrived?
Please e-mail us and we will track the order for you.
When was my coffee roasted?
All coffee is generally roasted 2-3 days ago. We hold little stock and roast-to-order.
How long does coffee last?
If you are purchasing whole beans, the coffee will slowly start to lose its flavour after 4-6 weeks. If your coffee is ground, it will start to lose its flavour after 2-4 weeks.
How shall I store my coffee?
We recommend storing your coffee in a dry place away from direct sunlight. The pantry is fine. The coffee can be kept in its original bag and for added freshness you can place inside an air-tight container. If you have purchased a large amount, we recommend re-packing into smaller bags/containers that are only opened when consumed. We sell vacuum containers here.
