Welcome to Meebz Coffee Roasters' Shipping Policy page. We aim to provide you with clear and concise information about our shipping processes, timelines, and costs.

How Long Will My Coffee Take to Arrive?

All orders placed before 9:00am on working days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) are endeavored to be dispatched the same day. However, occasionally we may run out of stock, and your order may take an extra day. The courier aims to deliver your parcel overnight; however, we frequently encounter courier delays.  This excludes coffee from the 'superlative' collection and will take a few days longer to prepare.

How Do I Know When My Order is Shipped?

You will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number when your order has been shipped. Once this e-mail has been received, your order should arrive the next working day, or the day after for rural and more remote locations.

I Should Have My Order by Now But It Hasn't Arrived?

If you believe your order should have arrived but it hasn't, please e-mail us at info@meebz.co.nz and we will track the order for you.

How Much is Shipping?

  • All bean orders over the value of $35 qualify for FREE shipping.
  • Bean orders under the value of $35 will be charged between $4.90 - $6.90 for courier delivery, depending on the location.  To get an accurate quote please proceed to the checkout on our online shop and once you enter your address you will receive the quote for shipping.
  • Accessories and other items are charged on a product/weight basis.

Shipping Methods and Times

We predominantly use NZ Couriers/NZ Post services to ensure your coffee arrives promptly and in excellent condition. Delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Urban areas: 1-2 working days after dispatch.
  • Rural and remote areas: 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by external factors such as courier delays, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the courier's website. If you encounter any issues or have questions about your delivery, please contact us at info@meebz.co.nz.

Specific Delivery Info

  • You do not need to be home at the time of delivery and the parcel may be left in a hidden location on your property or in your letterbox.
  • If you live in an Apartment Building, please provide very specific notes (door access codes, etc.) so the driver can access your building/concierge. 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. Meebz Coffee Roasters is not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care to ensure your coffee is packaged securely. However, if your package arrives damaged or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@meebz.co.nz. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

International Shipping

We ship all around the world and our online shop will give you a quote once you enter your address.  If your country is not listed, please contact us.
