🌈 Specialty from Jairo Arcila – Colombia!

This coffee comes from the celebrated producer Jairo Arcila, grown on the Santa Mónica farm in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia — a region rich in volcanic ash and lush microclimates ideal for producing high-quality coffee.

This is no ordinary decaf. It’s part of the Rainbow Decaf Edition – a carefully curated lot made using fruit-macerated honey processing, followed by a natural sugarcane EA (ethyl acetate) decaffeination method. This preserves the coffee's vibrant character while removing caffeine gently and naturally.

The result is a cup that bursts with lavender florals, juicy grape, and honeyed sweetness – smooth, clean, and full of flavour, minus the buzz.

This coffee is light roasted to suit filter-style brews, bringing out the complex aromatics and delicate sweetness. Whether it’s your morning ritual or a late-night brew, it’s a decaf worth savouring.

😋 Flavour Notes:

Lavender, Grape, Honey.
Clean and floral, with a silky body and soft finish.
