In this video I will show you how to pour over with a Hario V60 aimed at beginner’s looking for a basic filter coffee method.
The V60 technique can also be used with any large cone shaped brewer with a large open area. The V60 used in the video is an 01 (single serve).

Recipe:

Brew Ratio 1:15

Ground Coffee: 15g.

Water: 225-grams total.
Coffee Grinder Setting: 8.5 (EK43) 

Coffee Equipment:

-V60 and filter paper.
-Weighing Scales.
-Hot water (92-95 degrees celsius).
-Spoon.
-Coffee beans and grinder.
-Timer.
-Coffee cup.
