How long will my coffee take to arrive?

All orders placed before 9:00am on working days (Mon - Fri excluding public holidays) we endeavour to dispatch that day.  Sometimes we run out of cofee and its possible your order may take an extra day.  The courier aims to deliver your parcel overnight however we frequently encounter courier delays. 

How do I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number when your order has been shipped.  Once this e-mail has been received your order should arrive the next working day.

I should have my order by now but it hasn't arrived?

Please e-mail us and we will track the order for you.

How much is shipping?

All bean orders over the value of $30 qualifies for FREE shipping.  Bean orders under the value of $30 will be charged between $4 - $5.50 for overnight courier depending on location.  Accessories and other items are charged on a product/weight basis.

When was my coffee roasted?

All coffee is generally roasted 2-3 days ago.  We hold little stock and roast-to-order.

How long does coffee last?

If you are purchasing whole beans, the coffee will slowly start to lose its flavour after 4-6 weeks.  If your coffee is ground, it will start to lose its flavour after 2-4 weeks.

How shall I store my coffee?

We recommend storing your coffee in a dry place away from direct sunlight.  The pantry is fine.  The coffee can be kept in its original bag and for added freshness you can place inside an air-tight container.  If you have purchased a large amount, we recommend re-packing into smaller bags/containers that are only opened when consumed.  We sell vacuum containers here.

What are my payment options?

We currently accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  We also accept payments through Paypal, Afterpay or (POLI) online banking.  Payments as cash are accepted for pickup orders.  Our hirepurchase/laybuy option is using Afterpay.
As we are crypto fans, we now accept crypto payments from Coinbase including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin and USDC.
