Barista Training Course

Our small class barista training focuses on the practical aspects of making coffee with some basic theory as support.  Our barista classes are designed to get you making café quality coffee in a short period of time by heavily focusing on the practical elements.  All courses receive a certificate of completion, work booklet and the practical elements are designed for a cafe environment with commercial equipment and machinery.

Our barista courses usually run on Tuesday or Wednesday's at our Otahuhu warehouse and training facility.  The option is available to attend the course in Milford, North Shore.

If you already have years experience behind the espresso machine but would like to dive deeper into increasing your speed and/or coffee quality we offer advanced courses.
