Heavy body that is thick and clean with a medium acidity. The Java is somewhat rustic in flavour with chocolate and malt tones followed by herbaceous subtleties in the aftertaste. A sweet impression overall as a smooth and supple coffee.  Roasted Medium - Great option for Espresso, Plunger or Filter.
