This coffee is from a microlot in Huila and is 100% Yellow Bourbon. The farmer's name is Alberto Pascuas and is known for producing sweet and full flavour coffee.
As a coffee roaster, we’ve roasted this blend to bring out the most of its natural flavours. This specialty coffee has been roasted light to suit filter style brew methods such as drip, pour-over, plunger and other filter methods. We have also found this roast great as a light espresso.
😋 Flavour Notes:
Orange, nectarine, apricot, honey and chestnut.
Filter Brew Ratio: 1:15
Brew Time: Less than 2-minutes (depending on brew method).
